If for any reason your custom 3D Creation experiences any warranty defect, within eleven (11) days of receiving your original order ONUS will ship out a brand new replacement unit at no extra charge. A warranty replacement fee of $33.30 may apply if warranty issues occur after eleven (11) days of receiving your original order, as well as all additional shipping costs for warranty replacement must be paid for by customer.
